The candidate will be a Non-immigrant visa application (ex. H-1B, L-1, E-1/2, TN, B-1, and O visas) and permanent residency processing (PERM labor certification, PERM exempt petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing). Family-based petitions and naturalization and citizenship cases. Direct and review the work of paralegals, law clerks, and other support staff. Present and speak about immigration topics before business and professional groups and conduct training for clients and staff. Must have 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration to work in a client service-oriented, fast-paced, and collegial environment.
