Legal Assistant/Receptionist
The candidate will be responsible for keeping detailed records, and calendaring. Will support an Estate/Probate attorney through daily contact with potential and current clients. Handle incoming calls and correspondence from current and potential clients. Preparation of estate documents, and outgoing court documents for probate with minimal direction. Professional communications with opposing counsel, witnesses, clients, and Court personnel. Experience with Legal Research is a plus. Professional communications with Clients, Families, and all involved. Strong knowledge: Office, electronic filing(court and county), and Mycase is a plus. A keen eye for grammar, writing, formatting errors is a must. 1-year experience in a law firm environment.
