Create a very simple calculator I can embed into html of any page
I need a simple calculator that I can add into the html of a web page. This will be added to an HTML site, not wordpress or another CMS.
There will be two sets of fields with their own formulas.
They need the following input and output fields:
Formula 1
Input 1
Input 2
Output (Input 2 / input 3)
Output 2 needs to be displayed as a percentage instead of a decimal. So you could multiple it by 100 if need be.

Input 1
Input 2
Output ( Input 1 / (Input 2 / 100) )
Input 2 will be entered as a whole number, then needs to be divided by 100 before being divided by input 2. This is because input 2 will be a percentage.
Theyll enter 10 for 10%. So if you can have it converted immediately instead of combined with the output calculation, thats fine.
The fields and labels will also need to be given a class for styling so we can easily distinguish them.
