Attorney Trainer
The candidate under the supervision of the Lead Attorney Trainer, develops and conducts regional and statewide legal training for Department of Social Services child welfare and legal staff. In the Upstate area of South Carolina, assesses needs and develops and conducts targeted training. Position requires frequent travel within designated counties and occasional travel to other parts of the state. Develops and conducts targeted legal training for child welfare staff in selected counties in the Upstate. Assists with delivery of court preparation portion of basic legal training for new caseworkers. Coordinates and provides regionally based training on specialized topics related to the legal aspects of child protection.
