The IT User Experience Organization represents and advocates for the interests of all knowledge workers across BMS through the design, implementation and refinement of new digital capabilities, to ensure the resulting experience is productive and intuitive. To maximize the user experience, we must demonstrate a relentless passion for continuous improvement and process optimization. This position will be accountable for the application packaging and distribution services across the ITUX endpoints and support organizations. Such capabilities include but are not limited to Microsoft Windows configuration and distribution with Microsoft Intune and Systems Center configuration manager. Mac OSX configuration and distribution with JAMF Pro. Mobile device configuration and applications distribution with VMware AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.


Accountable for the Application packaging and distribution standards across all supported platforms working with strategic partners
Accountable for the Application Lifecyle within our distribution environments, from packaging approval to decommission and retirement of an application package.
Engages with Vendors to understand the cycle of change and future revisions of their products in order to anticipate impacts to the enterprise and to provide continuous improvements to the service.
Facilitates the design of technical solutions to satisfy business requirements
Manages the build and run of technology assets
Influences vendor roadmaps to align with BMS strategy
Adapts plans and priorities to address challenges and achieve objectives
Partners with service providers to deliver technology solutions and to address issue that impact business productivity.
Accountable for delivering all related digital capabilities and support services within agreed service level targets
Accountable for providing end user compute domain expertise for the implementation of digital capabilities and support services
Accountable for managing relationships by representing end user compute organization around the company, communicating effectively, exerting influence with authority and developing relationships with internal stakeholders and key strategic partners
Accountable for maximizing the overall end user experience by demonstrating a relentless passion for continuous improvement and process optimization to improve the quality of overall user experience
Accountable to drive and execute IT strategy and goals for all site related digital capabilities and support services, taking into consideration global market conditions
Accountable for the promotion of standards, by overseeing compliance, legal, regulatory and audit related activities related to site and end user support services and adhering to best practices including project management principles and enforcing ITIL standards
Accountable to direct, assign, and participate in global projects as required while working within the BMS project management framework and methodologies
As an end user compute Digital Capability Manager for their respective technology or capability work effectively in a matrix organization to achieve mutually agreed results
As a Digital Capability Manager align vendor strategy with BMS capability roadmap for implementation, management and support.
As a Digital Capability Manager manage costs for their respective technology and business models in partnership with key finance counterparts
As a Digital Capability Manager, develop knowledge and capabilities of direct/in-direct team members or otherwise matrixed


Key Skills/Experience/Education/Certifications:


IT Service Management skills, knowledge and preferably certification(s)
An analytical mind set and practical get it done work style
Significant experience with systems center configuration manager, Intune and other end point management platforms
Significant experience with Mac OSX, Windows 10, IOS and Android environment preferred
Prior experience working on and End User services team
Significant experience managing technology capabilities in a centralized, global enterprise environment
Skilled in analyzing processes and implement continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while balancing demand
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability working across a matrixed organizational model
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Prior experience in Information Technology Site and End User Services
