is seeking an Army (SME)
to work in the Pentagon with our current team in support of the Department of Army G3 (DAG3) development of the latest Force Generation, Modernization and Readiness policy, process, and automation.
What you will do
Provide Army subject matter expertise and work as a liaison between various Army functional proponents and internal (project) technical team members currently supporting IT solutions which include AST, EMDS, and GFIM-OE.
Externally Forward-facing individual possessing experience integrating quickly and efficiently with external Army entities to coordinate with our internal technical teams
Internal - Technical & Functional Levels
Support customer needs as requested
Able to work independently and self-identify tasks
Strong writing skills
Ability to research and evaluate new concepts and processes to improve performance
What you need to have
Clearance: able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance
Strong Army or other military branch functional knowledge
Strong understanding of Army (or other military branch) process (specifically Readiness, Force Structure, Equipment, and/or Personnel) and/or systems.
Operations, planning, training/resources experience
Ability to translate functional needs to other team members
Strong Communications Skills

Recent, relevant military experience (Army preferred)
Degree in Engineering (or other relevant degree and/or equivalent experience)
