As of right now, (Saturday), I have linked a separate webpage to Moodle that displays a tabbed menu on the Moodle home page. It is currently utilizing an IFRAME to display the content from a separate wordpress page. 
Our goal, however, is to find a way to put that same tabbed menu onto the Moodle home page itself, without having to link to any other page. 
We want to keep the content self-contained within the framework of Moodle as much as possible.
I have been experimenting with the H5P content that Moodle provides, and if we can configure a way to use that to perform the task, that would be acceptable. 
If creating a tabbed menu with H5P is not a viable option, then anything else that can be used to complete the task would be welcome. 
The whole goal is to have it contained WITHIN the Moodle site. 
Please let me know of any progress that you can complete as soon as you can
