Duties: Responsible for negotiating and drafting all company level commercial agreements, working closely with the new procurement function by: Drafting complex vendor agreements, including in areas such as technology, payments, marketing and online advertising, professional services, accounts payable and human resources. Drafting templates and policies for future use at the holding company and brand levels. Supporting several other functions within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. such as Tax, Finance and Human Resources and helping us define stronger controls over contracting at our brands.
