Judicial Administrator

Duties: Oversee the investigation and adjudication of alleged violations of the Cornell Campus Code of Conduct (governed by the University Assembly – comprised of faculty, staff and students), including administering formal disciplinary processes as well as informal resolution of concerns. Responsibility for accepting and processing reports of policy 6.4 sexual harassment, sexual assault and violence against students, and is involved in the university wide, coordinated response to sexual violence and sexual misconduct cases, supporting the University’s Title IX compliance efforts. Responsible for educational programming and participating on committees addressing policy issues, risk management and long-term planning. Directs the Office of the Judicial Administrator, including supervising staff and managing the office budget.
