Duties: Assisting with designing and developing new reports (ad hoc) as requested. Assisting with modifying existing reports, testing reports for accuracy and enhancing reports as necessary. Assisting with automating reports. Assisting with answering help desk tickets as time allows. Assisting with other projects as necessary. Assisting the senior programmer, the IT Manager, the Data Transmission team as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
