Immigration Law Fellow
The Fellows will be housed at the College of Law Office of Clinical Legal Education. Will represent clients in immigration court and before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and represent clients in post-conviction relief and in special juvenile immigration status cases. Student attorneys enrolled in the law clinics will work with the Fellow. Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Represent clients in post-conviction relief and in special juvenile immigration status cases. Provide screening and intake. Prepare immigration applications. Provide brief legal advice and legal aid. Educate the community on the impact of evolving immigration law and policy.
