Responsibilities: Serve as owner to various projects that optimize how we track and measure marketing KPIs. Define, analyze, and propose strategic solutions to address issues and inefficiencies that arise across our traditional and digital media. Collaborate with our production and creative teams to develop the most engaging content. Drive the strategic direction of our marketing efforts and how we allocate our marketing portfolio. Work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to manage people, budgets, and process. Manage risk with identified changes. Facilitate internal alignment and communication on cross-functional initiatives - driving ownership, accountability, and on time deliverables. Create and deliver reporting, business KPIs, and business insights.
