The Technology Implementation Lead delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Technology Implementation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

Location: work at home anywhere

The Lead, Salesforce Health Cloud Configuration is responsible for creating effective intake and governance processes for taking in new work to the configuration team as well as prioritizing and delivering that work to production environments in a timely manner. Advises senior leaders on status and functionality delivered and keeps all key stakeholders informed throughout the process. Exercises independent judgement and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgement requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. This role will have several direct reports (contracted and associates) that perform day to day configuration and supporting work for the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.


Responsible for leading a combination of associate and contracted resources (offshore and onshore) to deliver configured items for the Salesforce Health Cloud platform
Will work with various teams to collaborate on delivering configuration work – developers (onshore and offshore), PSM, BATS
Success in this position will drive improved experiences for Humana associates directly working with our members and provider partners and serve to increase organizational agility to respond to new and evolving business needs


Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7 years or more Product Owner, Product Management, or Project Management experience
5 years or more of prior leadership experience
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving associate and member experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Prior Salesforce experience as a user or in a support function
Scrum Master experience
Experience with AzureDevOps
ADX-201 Salesforce Certified Administrator
ADX-211 Salesforce Advanced Administrator
SAFe or other agile certifications
Master’s degree of Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or a related field
