****- 6 yrs for Sr front-end Developers and 8 yrs for Team Lead
- Experience in Java and Web Development
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, Ajax, Javascript
- Experience with at least one Ajax libraries - extJS, jQuery or Dojo
- Experience with JUnit, unit testing process/frameworks
- Experience with a range of application servers ? JBOSS, Apache
- Experience with Struts, Spring, Velocity and other UI/MVC frameworks
- Good experience with SQL queries
- Experience building rich-UI based web applications
- Experience with high performance web environments where clustering, load balancing, etc are deployed
- Experience with OOAD
- Experience working in a Cloud based environment is a plus
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, TDD and UML is a plus
- Prior experience with content-management and archiving systems is a plus
Please note:
• For team lead candidates ? strong hands-on programing experience, experience of team management, working with distributed teams, experience of design, estimation, OOAD, are a must.
