Duties

• Negotiate, draft, review, and audit transactional employment documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, and separation agreements.
• Advise clients on compliance and risk mitigation strategies, conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to OSHA, DOL, USCIS, and IRS regulations.
• Manage HR investigations, deliver management training, and review due diligence materials to provide strategic legal advice.
• Develop and update employee policies, handbooks, performance improvement plans, and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in transactional employment law.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex employment agreements and compliance documents.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working collaboratively as a team player.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
