Duties

• Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of immigration matters.
• Develop and direct legal strategies for complex immigration cases.
• Conduct consultations and provide strategic legal recommendations.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Represent clients before various immigration authorities.
• Review and approve immigration filings for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
• Conduct and oversee legal research on complex immigration issues.
• Mentor and develop attorneys, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-level service.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic direction and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve case management and client outcomes.
• Stay current on immigration law developments and inform the team.
• Contribute to business development and community outreach initiatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability and professional development.
• Work one Saturday per month with performance-based bonus eligibility.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Proven track record of managing complex immigration cases successfully.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive client service approach.
• Fluency in Spanish; additional language skills are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US jurisdiction.
