A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Attorney/Associate in Philadelphia, PA. This role supports the firm's expanding Labor and Employment practice, involving employment law, labor and HR counseling, legal drafting, and litigation support.

Duties

• Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
• Prepare and review employee handbooks, policies, demand letters, and EEOC responses.
• Support litigation through document review, proofreading, and preparing exhibits.
• Manage document productions and cite-checking.
• Assist with discovery and other litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with employment litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania.
