A law firm seeks an experienced Counsel or Partner to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate attorney with over 10 years of experience in managing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan documentation and intercreditor agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans.
• Manage commercial real estate acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate agreements of sale for commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients throughout all phases of complex real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and/or New York Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent client advisory capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
