Duties

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including trial.
• Meet with clients to understand and reconstruct events for pleadings.
• Develop and oversee discovery plans.
• Provide guidance during mediation.
• Identify and depose key witnesses.
• Supervise team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Prepare and respond to case dispositive motions.

Requirements

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• Experience as a litigator with case dispositive motion and hearing experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Effective communication skills with clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Proficiency in Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work.
