A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level Associate with projects experience to join the Energy and Natural Resources Group in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in project development, M&A, and project finance transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Duties

• Represent developers, manufacturers, sponsors, investors, and lenders in project development.
• Draft and negotiate supply agreements, EPC agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Engage in the development, construction, acquisition, financing, and operation of energy projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Active member of the bar in the state of practice.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
