Duties

• Draft and advise on equity and executive compensation plans and awards.
• Handle public company governance and securities disclosures related to executive compensation.
• Manage compliance work for ongoing equity and executive compensation matters.
• Engage in limited transaction-related matters.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with employee benefits, tax, corporate, and/or securities preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
