Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Attorney/Associate in Baltimore, MD. The role involves supporting the firm's Labor and Employment practice with a focus on employment law, labor and HR counseling, legal drafting, and litigation support.

Duties

• Draft and review employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements.
• Prepare and update employee handbooks and policies.
• Compose demand letters and EEOC responses.
• Assist with litigation-related filings and document review.
• Proofread and prepare exhibits for legal proceedings.
• Manage document productions and support discovery processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with employment litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to work from Philadelphia, Tysons Corner, VA, or Maryland offices.
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland or eligibility for admission.
