Duties

• Independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team.
• Attend depositions, conferences, and oral arguments on behalf of clients.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and complaints.
• Conduct research and prepare high-quality written submissions.

Requirements

• Two years of solid complex state and federal commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, attending depositions, conferences, and oral arguments; real estate defense and personal injury experience.
• Excellent researching, drafting, and independent thinking skills.
• Ability to manage own caseload within a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the FL State Bar.
