Duties

• Defend architects, engineers, attorneys, and other professionals in various legal matters.
• Handle breach of contract, fraud, malpractice, and negligence cases.
• Conduct client meetings, reporting, and investigations.
• Take and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners on larger cases or manage smaller cases independently.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and attending mediations.
• Valid Texas BAR license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
