A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its Orlando, FL office. This role involves working within the corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team, with opportunities for advancement to of counsel or partner. The position supports a full-service practice and offers flexible work arrangements.

Duties

• Lead corporate and mergers and acquisitions projects and transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interact directly with clients to manage relationships and provide strategic counsel.
• Collaborate with team members to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of strong corporate and/or M&A experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage transactions independently.
• Strong management skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Ability to manage a book of business (preferred but not required).
• Strong client interaction and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking and project management.
