Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
• High academic achievement.
• Experience in executive compensation and equity-based compensation alternatives.
• Strong public and private M&A experience.
• Admitted to or eligible to waive into the New York bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York bar or eligible for waiver.
