Associate Counsel
Candidate will report to the Senior Managing Counsel at University and will be an integral part of the legal team of the Office of General Counsel and must work effectively with both hospital and campus clients. Will be expected to handle a broad range of corporate and transactional work with a strong focus on complex healthcare related contracts such as hospital-physician compensation and recruitment arrangements, provider-based agreements, and joint business ventures. Will also provide high quality legal advice on complex medical/business transactions and new healthcare structures including, the formation of accountable healthcare organizations, and provide guidance related to such transactions to high level Hospital and University administrators.
