Corporate Legal Residency Program-Temporary Contract Associate
The candidate will review and analyze legal contract documentation with commercial clients of the company, principally financial institutions and sophisticated entities in the financial services and payments industries. Will identify and summarize key contract provisions in information and technology services contracts, software licenses, and other outsourcing and information services agreements for input into FIS’s enterprise electronic database. Will work directly with senior attorneys on legal research projects, including research and analysis on commercial contract and information technology law issues such as data security, privacy and regulatory matters.
