Duties

• Manage a full caseload from initiation to conclusion, including drafting pleadings and handling court appearances in Orlando and throughout Florida.
• Interact with clients to manage expectations, ensuring all calls are returned within 24 hours during the week.
• Network and build professional relationships to support business growth within the community.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Florida bar license and possess a minimum of two years of legal experience.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow through on tasks.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt well to change while maintaining a positive attitude under stress.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and stay focused on urgent issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
