Patent Litigation Attorney Part-Time
The candidate should be a Junior to mid level attorney (2-8 years), with experience in IP litigation and desirably FDA regulatory law. IP litigation experience in drafting pleadings, discovery motions/letters, expert reports, working in joint defense groups, taking and defending depositions, and client correspondence; trial and appeal experience is plus. Ability to perform detailed analysis of patents, file histories, technical documentation, expert opinions required. Ability to draft freedom to operate opinions required. Must have strong writing and oral skills, the ability to work independently, and on a team. Chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology degree is a must.
