The candidate should have prior experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent. Specific experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent is required. Must be fully familiar with TRID process. Prepare CD’s for closing. Prepare CEMA’s, 255’s, Schedule A Mortgage Schedules. Ability to fully review CEMA collateral and spot issues. Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings. Prepare loan closing documents for both real property and coop loans for various lender clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of parties inside and outside of our offices. Should have 2+ year of PQE.
