Family Law Paralegal
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Family Law. Minimum of an Associates Degree required. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft 360, Pro-Doc, Excel, Adobe, Clio (or similar legal case- management software). Must have experience in preparing attorney for trial, temporary orders, mediation. Should have experience drafting petitions, motions, final orders, notices, subpoenas, cover letters, discovery deficiency letters, etc. Must have excellent communication and organization abilities. Spanish speaking is a plus.
