This position is for our Maitland, Florida software research and development site. We have a dynamic and seasoned software development team. Concretely, we're looking for a hands-on Software QA engineer for a complex Web 2.0 rich internet multi-tiered application suite.
Skills You’ll Learn:
You’ll learn to participate in design, work with R&D teams and test, verify functionality, usability, and scalability of the software.
You should bring problem determination and isolation skills. You’ll learn QA and defect reporting & agility while working with tight timelines.
In future if you are proficient on Java/.Net/Sql Server development projects then we may consider a career upgrade to our core R&D team
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation:
Sharp customer engagement skills are a must
You will need to work with R&D and Professional Services teams to implement products for customers on the HRsoft cloud.
Clearly understand conceptualize, document and execute project plans and manage document repository for customers
Gather customer’s requirements to Create Analytics and Reports in collaboration with R&D team
Help with customer support activities. Answer customer phone calls and address support e-mails, to get customers issues resolved quickly
Quality Assurance:
Defect finding, log defects in Clearquest, prepare Implementation/QA test plans and functional/regression tests scripts etc.
Learn to use tools and write code for automation tests. Execute test scripts and plans.
