The candidate must be an employment law attorney with 3+ years of management-side employment law experience. NH or MA Bar admission, with the expectation that the second admission will be obtained. Must possess working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, discipline, and discharge issues and will have experience appearing before government agencies and preparing employee handbooks, employment-related contracts, and workplace policies. Must possess excellent academic credentials and communication and writing skills.
