Real Estate Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) drafting/reviewing commercial leases, construction/vendor contracts, employment agreements, property management and commission agreements, and assisting with resolution of landlord/tenant and property management issues. Must have strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, and management skills needed. Must be computer proficient. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Paralegal Certification is required. Should have 2 years of commercial real estate experience (either in-house or with a firm).
