Bilingual Legal Assistant
Candidate will be to prepare forms for filing in Immigration Court and with USCIS including: Family Petitions/Adjustments, N-400, I-90, Asylum Applications, Waivers: I-601, I-601A, I-212, Consular Processes, I-765, Court Motions, Court Appeals, Immigration Detainee Proceedings, DACA Renewals, U Visa, VAWA. Knowledge and experience in immigration processes, criminal and family law. 2 years of experience is required. Bilingual English and Spanish is required. Must be highly proficient in all basic Microsoft programs, and have excellent writing and grammatical skills.
