Part-Time Contract Attorney
The candidate will provide legal services with a primary emphasis on contracts, documents, and policy reviews and drafting for the organization. Serve under the supervision of the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel as an in-house legal expert to provide general legal advice and document reviews to meet organization’s legal needs. Review and draft documents, including but not limited to contracts, templates, policies, procedures, and forms that promote the best legal and business needs of the organization. Provide advice to General Counsel and Office of Counsel staff regarding issues of constitutional, administrative, employment, and higher education law as requested. Perform other duties as assigned.
