Deputy Attorney General
The candidate will join the unit that provides legal representation on a wide variety of matters, including: prison civil rights litigation; employment matters; reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and procedures, and legislation; assisting in public records responses; and a broad range of other matters. Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho and have prior litigation experience. Experience in corrections, contracts, employment law, civil rights law, and/or government liability law is desirable. Enthusiasm for public service is essential.
