Duties

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court as experience allows.
• Engage directly with clients from the start.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance client service and practice growth.

Requirements

• Up to four years of litigation experience.
• Admission in New York or New Jersey, or a clear path to admission (both preferred).
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with CPLR or New Jersey Court Rules and e-filing, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated work ethic and independent thinking.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or New Jersey.
