Duties

• Assist with municipal code enforcement, nuisance abatement, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Assist with civil litigation, administrative hearings, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Research and analyze issues under municipal codes, local ordinances, and state laws.
• Support attorneys in developing strategies for code enforcement and nuisance abatement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, public officials, agency staff, and colleagues.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and public agency clients.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
