Duties

• Engage in financial services litigation with a focus on commercial real estate and loan enforcement.
• Conduct and defend depositions, and participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with a national team to support and grow the practice.
• Navigate complex legal matters efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial services litigation experience.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated litigation experience.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission.

Skills
