A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-stakes commercial disputes in Florida's state and federal courts, working alongside experienced trial lawyers.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including pleadings, legal research, and discovery.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies with senior attorneys.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution independently and collaboratively.
• Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence.
• Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for testimony.
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Mentor and supervise paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Admission to and good standing in The Florida Bar.
• Four to seven years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Exceptional communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic discovery platforms and legal research tools.
