Duties

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law and family law.
• Experience handling divorce, custody, support, and related issues.
• Ability to address complex legal issues.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
• Skill in managing depositions.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Previous experience in family law litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
