Requirements

- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
- Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
- Strong judgment and attention to detail.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
- Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
