Real Estate Paralegal
The candidate will work for law firm and title company, and handle closings for our residential and commercial real estate transactions. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer service skills. Be able to manage files from inception to closing, and work well alongside title closer. Coordinate closings with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender and Realtors, and set up the closing location, date, and time and executing mail-away closings, as applicable. Draft closing documents/prepare closing statements (HUDs/CDs). Perform the closing with all parties and notarization of all documents (when title closer is unavailable). Must have 1+ years of full-time experience in title/closings. Be able to work efficiently, handle deadline pressures, and work as a member in a team-oriented environment. Must be computer proficient – experience in DoubleTime is a plus. should be fluent in spoken/written English. Bilingual in Spanish.
