Immigration Legal Assistant / Paralegal, Part-time
Candidate will be working in a small transactional-based immigration practice including a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, family and employment-based petitions, labor certifications, consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization among others. Will have experience working in a professional office. Must be able to work independently, handle a high volume case load and possess the ability to prepare immigration petitions independently, communicate with client effectively and timely, be pro-active, self-motivated, provide excellent customer services and always ensure the most accurate document production. Should have excellent writing skills, be organized, and be able to multi-task.
Schedule: 20-29 Hours per week
