Front-end ReactJS developer needed urgently

Front-end ReactJS developer needed urgently
I need an experienced ReactJS Developer (3-5 years) that can code pixel perfect front-end designs. We are using a customized version of Ant, and a lot of components used are already built out by my current team.
This project will be creating Contact Profiles to store medical records and information in. General requirements for this project are:
- Add new contacts with demographics with a form containing 32 text, checkbox, dropdown, toggle switch fields, and custom contact search drop down menu.
- Contact List page showing all active/inactive contacts
- Contact List filter allowing users to filter on specific data fields
- Contact List Column Settings allowing users to select which columns they want to see in the contact list and in what order.
- Contact Profile Summary page with and without data
- Contact Profile General Tab - allows users to update demographic data for contact
- Contact Notes - Adding Text Notes with Date, Category, Placeholders to contact profile
- Contact Notes - Notes list page
- Expanding current configuration page with Note Templates
- File Uploader with Document and Media Properties (Setting file name, category, description, tags)
- Media Gallery with capability to search, change grouping by all - date - type, filter on media type, filter on category
- Media Gallery Viewer/Editor - View photos, play videos, play audio files, update properties of files to work with CDN.
- Photo Compare - Select photos and display them on a canvas (kind of like PicStitch app), allow user to reorder the photos on the canvas, allow user to add logo to photos and position it, allow users to add photo meta data to photos on canvas. Must be able to print canvas, download, or save as new media file in profile.
- Document List - list of documents uploaded with file name, file type, description.
- Document Viewer - Need the ability to view standard document types such as DOC, DOCX, PDF, etc in the browser with the ability to print or download.
Below are just a FEW of the designs. I literally provide the design for every example you will need to execute the project. Just so you are aware, I am a perfectionist and I will provide you with exact CSS with font type, color, size, padding, EVERYTHING with the use of [login to view URL] (you can click on an element and it gives you the CSS) and I expect everything to be EXACT. You will be working under my project supervisor and will need to run through an interview with him and his front end developer before you can be hired. If you perform well, I have a years worth of work to give you. If you have any friends that code pixel-perfect ReactJS front-end, well need them too!
PROJECT MUST START SEPTEMBER 1 and MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS!!! There will be NO initial milestone paid out upon executing the project as you will be on probation if we have never worked together before. If you deliver quality work and we continue to work together on future projects, an initial milestone can be negotiated.
