A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join its growing practice in Orlando, FL. This role allows attorneys to focus on advocacy and case management rather than business development, supporting a mission-driven team dedicated to consumer rights.

Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims, from initial application to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.



• Develop legal strategies, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.



• Help clients navigate complex legal matters during difficult moments in their lives.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.



• Maintain an active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.



• Show a proven ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Display strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
