Duties

- Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials as appropriate.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Delaware (required).
- 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or civil defense.
- Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active license to practice law in Delaware.
