Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Wilmington, DE. Duties
- Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.
- Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
- Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Delaware license and in good standing
- At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation cases
- Results-driven mindset
